SCADA Systems
On-line monitoring system for Warsaw sludge pomp stations.
We are monitoring about 50
sludge pomp stations in Warsaw online. We take data from local PLCs to main PLCs
over modems and radio-modems using modbus protocol. The PLCs are connected to
MonitorPro SCADA system using Modbus Plus. Using WebClient technology,
MonitorPro information is communicated across internet or intranet connections,
allowing either full-control bi-directional connections or secure view-only
connections. The data from SCADA system is transmit to SQL Server database.

Warsaw water conduit network monitoring system at Warsaw Water and Wastewater
Treatment Company.
We are monitoring 20 points at
Warsaw water conduit network. The system measure chlorine level in water,
pressure, temperature, flow, ph, and water turbidity. The data from local PLCs
is read by our program over GSM modems via modbus protocol. The information is
transmitted to SQL Server database. In alarm situations the local controller
rings and transmits data. Using TCP/IP protocol, the information is communicated
across internet, allowing either full-control bi-directional connections or
secure view-only connections.
